Study Tour

7-Day Gold Package

Next Set Programme Start Date

22 November 2021

Our 7-day Gold Package Sports Management Study Tour is based from Award Winning ExCeL London, the UK's premier venue and recent host to the London Marathon, London Triathlon, Formula 1 PowerBoat Racing and many of the London 2012 Olympic sports competitions. We also use London's iconic sporting venues as an extended campus, experiencing sports industry environments that can include cricket, football, tennis, athletics, cycling, swimming and more.

On this specialist sports management programme, your students will be fully immersed within the sports industry and led by sports management experts.

Your students (and study tour leaders) will also benefit from cross-cultural and cross-discipline exposure, and the opportunity to build international networks, as they study alongside groups from other locations.

The ExCeL campus where our study tours are based, offers a range of convenient accommodation options to suit your budget.

Within easy walking distance, you'll find hotels on, and next to the ExCeL site that include: Novotel, Crowne Plaza, IBIS, Doubletree by Hilton, Aloft Hotel, Good Hotel, Sunborn Yacht Hotel, Fox@Connaught, Premier Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Travelodge and The Moxy.

Or experience London's business district and dockside restaurants with a hotel at Canary Wharf, just a short train ride away.

There's also nearby Stratford, our amazing Olympic Park district with the buzz of Westfield City on your doorstep.

Looking to enjoy London's central tourist attractions, theatre and shopping, then perhaps a hotel in London's CBD or the West End will suit.

On Sunday students will be escorted by a dedicated tour leader on a bus tour that showcases the best that London has to offer. This is an ideal way to see a snapshot of our amazing city and provides context for the MasterClasses, activities & learning of the following week. And you'll enjoy a Walking Tour and River Thames Cruise.

Your tour takes you past:

  • Tower Bridge & Tower of London

  • Buckingham & Kensington Palace

  • Hyde Park, Regents Park & Green Park

  • Harrods & Selfridges

  • Marble Arch & Royal Mews

  • Downing Street & Trafalgar Square

  • Big Ben & Westminster

Experience Diverse Cultures

Gain a new perspective from mixed classes

Although you're visiting one country, your students will benefit from exposure to multiple cultures as they take their Masterclasses and Site Tours and socialise alongside students from a variety of countries and cultures.

By setting programme dates and mixing classes, we not only provide the opportunity for smaller groups to take part in a study tour, we offer all size groups the chance to expand their horizons and perspectives through multicultural interaction.

By offering your participants this study tour and the opportunity to mix with groups from different countries and cultures, you'll be promoting the development of respect and tolerance. And providing learning experiences that are significantly enhanced by gaining perspectives from a range of diverse students and their teachers.

Experience Social

There's time for fun and making new friends

We know your students are here to study and have invested in an amazing learning experience in an amazing city.

There's still a time and place for fun!

Taking time out to chill or socialise with classmates, especially from other countries, is all part of bonding as a group, developing  cultural  knowledge and growing as an individual.
